Beautiful bathroom mirror.

The main bedroom lacked storage with no closet. accessing the entrance hall was inconvenient. Coffee setup fell short, missing cream that's typically expected. had to ask housekeeping for something basic the next day. The oversized mirrored frame made using the large mirror a challenge for shorter individuals, and the provided makeup mirror, being magnified, was impractical and awkward to use.

The Family Suite was spacious and luxurious, which I loved! The coffee setup was nice, but they forgot cream, which was a bit of a letdown. Had an amazing time with friends! The breakfast spread was top-notch, especially the fresh pastries. The location is perfect for exploring nearby slopes, and we even enjoyed guided excursions to hidden gems in The Three Valleys. The staff was super friendly, making us feel welcome and relaxed. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!

One downside was the coffee setup. they forgot to provide cream, which should be standard in Switzerland. It was a bit inconvenient having to ask about something so simple.
